Pastor Elijah Wells Jr. is the Sr. Pastor of Valley Berean Christian Church.  He grew up in the greater Los Angeles area.  Reared in Christian faith and the teaching of sound doctrine, he recognizes the importance of the authoritative Word of God.

He was educated at California State University Los Angeles where he completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administation.  Formally he worked with the U.S. Government as a contract auditor, as well as other manufacturing companies and non-profit organizations.  For over twenty five years he has conducted a bookkeeping, tax service and consultation business.

He was licensed as a minister in 1990 and ordained to preach in 1994.  He was called to pastoralship and installed as Sr. Pastor of Valley Berean Christian Church by a body and council of Pastors and elders of various Baptist affiliations.   In 2006, he received a Master of Divinity Degree from Kings University, Van Nuys, California.

Pastor Wells is married to wife, Patricia, they are the proud parents of four beautiful children and one grandson.
